Application Requirements
Please complete this form fully and have it signed and stamped by an authorized signatory to begin the credit evaluation process.
Credit facilities are granted at the sole discretion of Lumin Trading, and submitting this application does not guarantee approval. Once approved, a confirmation email will be sent along with the approved credit terms and form.
Unless Lumin Trading provides written notice of any change, all terms in this application and in the Credit Terms and Conditions will apply exactly as stated.

Declaration and Authorization
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the information provided is true, correct, and complete. I authorize Lumin Trading and its agents to contact trade references, financial institutions, and other relevant parties or suppliers to verify the information and investigate the creditworthiness of our establishment.
I further acknowledge and agree that:
- Credit approval is at the sole discretion of Lumin Trading.
- We have received, read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by the attached Credit Terms and Conditions.
- Lumin Trading may, at any time, amend the credit limit or revoke credit facilities without notice, unless specifically informed otherwise in writing.

Credit Terms and Conditions
1. Payment Terms
- All amounts are payable in full within [Selected Payment Term] from the Delivery Note date or Invoice date, whichever is earlier, in QAR, without any deduction or set-off unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- A late payment charge of 2% per month (24% per annum) will apply to overdue amounts.
- The Lumin Trading may suspend deliveries, withhold services, or terminate the agreement immediately for non-payment.
- Customer shall bear all costs, including legal and collection fees, for overdue amounts.
2. Title and Risk
- Legal title to all goods supplied remains with the Supplier until full payment.
- Risk of loss or damage passes to the Customer upon delivery, regardless of payment.
- In case of non-payment, the Supplier has an irrevocable right to repossess goods from Customer premises.
3. Governing Law
- This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Qatar.
- Parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Doha, Qatar.
4. Miscellaneous
- Delays or inaction do not waive rights: Failure to enforce a right does not constitute a waiver.
- Partial invalidity: If any part is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
- Strict compliance: Unless otherwise informed in writing by Lumin Trading, all terms apply strictly.

By signing below, the Customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to all the Credit Terms and Conditions.
